I published my book A is For Alex with Cherish Editions, which aims to share important, real-life stories that revolve around mental health and wellbeing. They hope to de-stigmatise conversations about these tough subjects, which is a cause close to my heart.
Cherish will donate a portion of the proceeds from each sale of A is For Alex to Shawmind.
This charity has made its mission to raise mental health awareness, just as I have.
Perhaps most notably, they petitioned for — and eventually led Parliament to approve — mental health education in UK schools through a campaign called Headucation.

It goes on to describe the potential adverse effects of circumcision.
The UK charity 15 Square, for whom I am an ambassador, promotes greater awareness of the risks and alternatives and provides information for men with circumcision issues.
