Over recent months we have received many enquiries from people seeking advice. We want everyone to know that we try our best to get in touch with everyone using the resources that we have available. This can sometimes take 3 or 4 days. If you have not heard back from us for longer than a few days, then please check that you have given an accurate email address.

You can email info@15Square.org.uk directly with your message, and we will try our best to respond promptly. We often receive email addresses within our contact forms that require a reply but the email provided is incorrect, therefore we have no way to send the information requested.

We wrote this article due to an email we received with a man who had shared an in depth honest account of his experiences and expressed the difficulties that he now faces. When it came to replying with information and help, the email bounced back to us as undelivered. We want to help everyone who writes in, but if you wish to be contacted it is essential that you double check your email, and if you do not hear from us then don’t hesitate to email us again.
